Mobile Cell Check is a free Android app developed by MEFWS. It allows users to check the signal strength of their smartphones using RSRP (Reference Signal Received Power) and RSRQ (Reference Signal Received Quality). Additionally, the app provides specialized information such as Earfcn, Cell ID, and Timing Advance.

The app supports multiple communication standards including 5G (NR) with experimental support, LTE, W-CDMA, and CDMA (operation not confirmed). It displays various items depending on the network, including PCI/SC, RSRP/RSCP for LTE and W-CDMA. For LTE networks, it also shows Carrier Name, Band, Earfcn/Uarfcn, Central Frequency, RSRQ, RSSNR, Timing Advance, and Cell ID.
